Klovnstation design document

Topic: New gases for atmospherics, gas interaction improvements.

Current status

We have a few tired Wizard’s den gases with Zipion being the only klovnstation exclusive gas - and it itself is a quite boring inhalation buff gas. This document intends to create more options for atmosians and open up brand new avenues of interplay with new, complex gases.

Rationale of improvement

By adding new gases we will drastically expand the amount of possibilities in game. Adding more functionality to gas and interplay with departments will also benefit everyone. Many of these changes are also made with laser science in mind.

Requested changes

Ammonia Ammonia will supercharge the growth of nearby plants and forcibly wake up sleeping people in high enough concentrations while slowly poisoning (~5 minutes of exposure to kill) whoever is breathing it - the intention here is to make it a quick fix for NO2 releases, create emergency anti-nocturine tanks for people, create special greenhouses (this further builds upon the intended nutrient provision feature mentioned in Botany 1) and all in all make ammonia a more interesting gas.

Tritium Tritium should emit radiation.
